The Achievement Cabinet
Badges recognise real football activity recorded in AcademyOne. Match contributions, training attendance, gym sessions, runs and development progress become part of a player's achievement story.
Match appearances, starts, goals, assists and player-of-the-match recognition all have a place in the badge cabinet.
Training attendance and recorded gym sessions and runs recognise the effort players put in on and away from the pitch.
Coach feedback, achieved development targets and availability responses give players more ways to build progress.
The Achievement Cabinet shows earned badges, progress towards the next requirement and the milestones along the way.
Players can explore the badge requirements, see achievements that are earned, in progress or still locked, and revisit their Badge History. Recognition gives the work they record a visible place in their football journey.
How the tiers work
Reach a badge's activity requirement to earn it, then build towards the next tier. Each badge family has its own thresholds, with seasonal medals and Club Legacy recognising different parts of the journey.
Season medals
Seasonal medals progress through four tiers. The season starts a fresh set of targets, while Badge History provides a record of previous achievements.

A first competitive appearance, first start or first goal marks a moment to remember. First training sessions, gym sessions and runs also have their own milestones, recognising the steps that begin a player's wider development story.
Gym, runs & physical activity
Players can record the activity they do beyond club training. Gym sessions and runs have a place alongside their football and achievements, helping them build a record of their own effort.
Keep a record of gym work in the physical activity area of the Player Hub, alongside the rest of the player's journey.
Log runs and other physical activity so the effort outside training becomes part of the player's personal development story.
